I’m Kim Rodriguez, founder of Elevate Junior Golf Consulting, and more importantly—a mom who’s walked the same stressful, confusing, and high-stakes road you’re on now. As a parent of two competitive junior golfers, I’ve spent years in the trenches—figuring out which tournaments matter, how to navigate rankings, when to talk to college coaches, and how to avoid wasting time and money chasing the wrong events.

And I get it—this world is overwhelming.

I created Elevate not as a business, but as a mission—to help families like mine avoid the frustration, guesswork, and costly mistakes that so many golf parents make. I saw firsthand how the right strategy can open doors to college golf—and how the wrong decisions can quietly close them.

Through our journey, I had the unique advantage of leaning on a family legacy steeped in competitive golf—my sons’ father is a Two-Time All-American at Texas A&M, a former PGA Tour player, and a current Senior PGA competitor. But even with that background, the junior golf process was anything but easy.
