Our History
The founder of Elevate Junior Golf Consulting, Kim Rodriguez, is a proud mom of two junior golfers. Golf has been a cornerstone of her family’s life—not only through her sons’ journeys but also through their father’s career, which includes being a Two-Time All-American at Texas A&M University, competing on the PGA Tour, and achieving continued success in Senior PGA events like the PGA Senior Open.
Over the years, Kim has navigated the complex world of junior golf, from local events to national tours. By helping her oldest child prepare for collegiate golf, she gained a deeper understanding of what it truly takes to elevate a junior golfer’s game—from choosing the right tournaments to building the rankings needed to attract college coaches. She has experienced every step firsthand.
In addition to her firsthand experience as a junior golf parent, Kim also holds an MBA, providing the strategic perspective needed to guide families through complex decisions—from budgeting for tournaments to planning long-term collegiate goals.
Kim knows how overwhelming it can be for parents and junior golfers alike. Questions about where to begin, how to invest time and resources, and which steps lead to long-term success can be daunting.
