Tournament Planning
Personalized tournament schedules based on your golfer's level, goals, and progression. We maintain a live, evolving schedule, track registration openings and deadlines, and make adjustments throughout the year so families stay ahead of tournament opportunities.
Player Progression
We monitor tournament results, rankings, and progress to help families understand where their golfer stands and make informed decisions about when to move up and what comes next.
Ongoing Support
Regular check-ins, tournament reminders, schedule adjustments, and continued guidance as your junior golfer develops. As results, goals, and opportunities change, the strategy evolves with them.
College Golf Recruiting
Guidance through the recruiting process, including building golf résumés and player profiles, identifying potential college programs, providing coach contact information, developing communication strategies, and understanding recruiting timelines.

I'm Kim Rodriguez, founder of Elevate Junior Golf Consulting and a mom of two competitive golfers. I've spent years navigating junior golf from the parent side, including tournament schedules, rankings, player progression, high school golf, and the college recruiting process.
Even with a strong golf background in our family, navigating junior golf wasn't always clear. I experienced firsthand how difficult it can be for parents to determine which tournaments matter, when a golfer is ready to move up, how rankings work, and when to begin preparing for college golf.
Why I Started Elevate
I created Elevate to give families the guidance I wish every junior golf parent had from the beginning. My goal is to help parents make informed decisions and create a clear, personalized path based on their golfer's development and goals.
Experience Beyond Golf
Along with my experience as a golf parent, I bring an MBA and more than 30 years of professional sales and leadership experience. I bring that same preparation, organization, communication, and strategic thinking to the families I work with through Elevate.
Every golfer's journey is different. That's why I take the time to understand the golfer and the family's goals first, then build the plan from there.
